2007 Asthma Foundation Bubble Ball

Bubble Ball

With guests like Ryan Moloney, Rodger Corser and Stephen Dennis, it's no wonder that last year's Bubble Ball was so much of a success that they're holding another one this year, the 2007 Asthma Foundation's Blow Asthma Away Bubble Ball.

Paul O'Brien, who plays Jack Holden on the daily saga Home and Away, will host the formal, black tie optional evening. And there will be a litter of glitterati including a couple of cast members from Neighbours and a few of Melbourne's best known and well loved comics.

Last year's event had an art auction, helping a Pro Hart piece settle into a happy new home, and a runway walked by Chadwick Agency models, revealing her last year's new Rebecca Patterson Breathless label winter collection.

As well as a three course meal, this year's Bubble Ball features a silent auction, roving performers, a Rero Inferno experience and an after party held at The Long Room, Georges Building, Collins Street.

Proceeds will go towards bettering the lives of those who suffer from asthma.

The 2007 Asthma Foundation's Blow Asthma Away Bubble Ball will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Sofitel Melbourne on May 4. Tickets are $130 a head. RSVP by Monday April 23.
